By accessing and using PWCTrack GPS services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Our services are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

• All data is encrypted and stored securely

Service Terms

PWCTrack GPS provides real-time GPS tracking services subject to the following conditions:

Service Availability

• Services are dependent on network connectivity and GPS signal availability
• We strive to maintain 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Regular maintenance may cause temporary service disruptions

Device Requirements

• Compatible GPS tracking device must be purchased/registered
• Active SIM card with data connection is required
• Regular charging and maintenance of the device is user's responsibility

Payment and Subscription

Our services are offered on a subscription basis with the following payment terms:

Subscription Fees

• Monthly, quarterly, and annual subscription plans are available
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days prior notice
• Payment is due in advance for the subscription period
• Auto-renewal applies unless cancelled before the next billing cycle

Limitation of Liability

PWCTrack GPS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

• The use or inability to use our services
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the service
• Device malfunction, battery failure, or signal loss
• Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content and materials

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Prohibited activities include:

• Tracking individuals without their consent
• Using the service for stalking or harassment
• Interfering with or disrupting our service or servers
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Using the service in violation of applicable laws

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately:

• For violation of these terms and conditions
• For non-payment of subscription fees
• For fraudulent or illegal activities
• At our sole discretion with 30 days notice

Upon termination, all access to services will be discontinued, and no refund will be provided for the remaining subscription period.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
