We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for hardware devices and a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for subscription services.
Hardware Device Refunds
GPS tracking devices are eligible for refund under the following conditions:
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
- Device must be returned in original packaging with all accessories
- Device must be undamaged and in working condition
- Original purchase receipt must be provided
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
- A 10% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns
Defective Devices
- Manufacturing defects are covered under warranty
- Replacement or repair will be provided at no additional cost
- Full refund if replacement is not available
- Customer must report defects within 7 days of receipt
Subscription Service Refunds
Subscription services are eligible for refund under the following conditions:
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
- Full refund if service is cancelled within 30 days of activation
- Prorated refund for annual subscriptions cancelled after 30 days
- No refund for monthly subscriptions after 30 days
- Service must not have been used for more than 50% of the billing period
Service Quality Issues
