We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for hardware devices and a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for subscription services.

Hardware Device Refunds

GPS tracking devices are eligible for refund under the following conditions:

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • Device must be returned in original packaging with all accessories
  • Device must be undamaged and in working condition
  • Original purchase receipt must be provided
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
  • A 10% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns

Defective Devices

  • Manufacturing defects are covered under warranty
  • Replacement or repair will be provided at no additional cost
  • Full refund if replacement is not available
  • Customer must report defects within 7 days of receipt

Subscription Service Refunds

Subscription services are eligible for refund under the following conditions:

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Full refund if service is cancelled within 30 days of activation
  • Prorated refund for annual subscriptions cancelled after 30 days
  • No refund for monthly subscriptions after 30 days
  • Service must not have been used for more than 50% of the billing period

Service Quality Issues

  • Refunds may be considered for prolonged service disruptions
  • Technical issues not resolved within 72 hours
  • Service availability below 90% for consecutive 7 days

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Activation fees and setup charges
  • Customized or personalized devices
  • Software licenses after activation
  • Services used beyond the refund period
  • Damaged devices due to customer misuse
  • Data recovery services

For hardware returns, you'll receive return instructions. Device must be shipped within 7 days.

Step 5: Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving returned items.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refund to original card (5-7 business days)
  • Bank Transfer: Direct refund to bank account (3-5 business days)
  • Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer or store credit
  • Wallet Payments: Refund to original wallet (instant)

Important Notes
